D. Brian Beardmore, MBA
D. Brian Beardmore is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at PersonixHealth. Brian is a strategic healthcare technology executive with 28+ years of experience driving digital transformation, IT governance, and enterprise modernization across leading U.S. health systems. He was previously the Chief Digital Officer at Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS). Prior to PHS, he served as Administrative Director of Technical Services at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and led the software development team. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M University Mays School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Computing Sciences from Sam Houston State University.
John (Jake) Jacobsen
John (Jake) Jacobsen is founder and former CEO of RTIC Outdoors. In this role, he built RTIC into the largest direct-to-consumer eCommerce provider of premium coolers, insulated drinkware and products for outdoor enthusiasts. Currently, Jake serves as Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Cypress Trading, a proprietary trading desk deploying capital across equities, options, and futures with billions in notional trade value. He oversees every aspect of the bookâfrom strategy development and market analysis to execution and risk management. Our multi-strategy approach blends short-term tactical trades with thematic positioning and volatility-driven hedging overlays. John received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
Ries Robinson, MD
Ries Robinson, MD is a healthcare innovation executive and entrepreneur inventor focused on patient access issues with the goal of reducing the burden on providers and empowering patients to better manage their health conditions. His record of innovation is significant as evidenced by his founding of Inlight Solutions, VeraLight, Luminous Medical, TruTouch Technologies, and Lumidigm; resulting in over $160 million in corporate partnerships and venture capitalist financing. These activities have resulted in over 40 U.S. patent applications. Dr. Robinson holds bachelors and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He previously served on Presbyterian's Board of Directors for five years.
Erwin Cho
Erwin Cho is a healthcare executive and advisor with deep experience in product strategy, digital innovation, consumer experience, and scaling complex healthcare organizations. His most recent role was Chief Consumer Officer at Presbyterian Healthcare, where he led enterprise consumer experience and digital strategy. Previously, he held leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente and Blue Shield, driving service strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. In parallel, Erwin advises early-stage and growth healthcare and health tech companies, working with founders and leadership teams on product strategy, innovation, and organizational scale. He brings a strong operator's perspective grounded in large-scale healthcare execution.
